We liked the upgraded rooftop room , the view was excellent and the decor stood out. One night , we sat on the terrace sipping wine as fireworks lit the sky , lovely moment.

It wasn’t exactly cheap , but for what we got it was still acceptable.

I really enjoyed my stay at Mansion Del Valle! The courtyard breakfast vibe is so relaxing. The comfy room had a great shower. Just beware of the noise from the courtyard in the morning – it gets lively! Overall, would definitely come back!

Mansion Del Valle stood out with its clean rooms and secure parking. The location is undeniable. it’s a short walk to the main square. The staff were helpful when I had questions. The beds had comfortable mattresses and nice linens. I will say, some pillows didn’t smell fresh, which was disappointing. I had a weak toilet flush in my room, but management fixed it right away. I enjoyed breakfast one morning, but coffee was consistently bad, and items like toast and fruit seemed stale. It's frustrating since the restaurant had great potential. The lack of heat in my room made it quite cold during my stay, which affected comfort immensely. I appreciate the hotel’s ambiance and quality service overall, but the dining needs a serious upgrade and heating should definitely be addressed.

The lack of heating made the room uncomfortably cold at night, dipping to around 12 degrees. Noise from heavy luggage on tiled floors and nearby La Merced Temple bells early in the morning made for some disrupted sleep. The breakfast buffet was limited and didn't satisfy hunger for a long day ahead, with some food items lacking freshness.

Clean room, comfortable bed, with free WiFi for streaming and a restaurant offering in-room breakfast options, all conveniently located just a short walk from cultural sites and fantastic local eateries.

my stay at this hotel was fantastic because it’s just a few steps from Museu del Ámbar Lilia Mijangos and the beautiful Arco del Carmen, making it easy to wander around and soak up the city’s charm. The cozy courtyard vibe made breakfast a lovely experience every morning. I appreciate that it catered well for families looking to explore.

The hotel had a lovely rustic ambiance and was perfect for our family getaway, especially with our three dogs. The cleanliness and stylish furnishings made our stay pleasant. It was a bonus being just three blocks from the main square and cultural highlights.

For dads, it would be great if the hotel added more space for kids' belongings.
